CNC Programmer and Operator

Location :  Largo, FL 33771

Pay :  $25 – $28 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule :  Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (flexible start time available)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced  HAAS CNC Programmer and Operator  to join our specialty group within a larger manufacturing organization. You’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating  one CNC mill and one CNC lathe  to produce precision components.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate  HAAS CNC mills and lathes

Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions

Perform tool changes, offsets, and quality inspections

Maintain equipment and ensure work area safety and cleanliness

Collaborate with the team to improve machining processes and efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years of CNC programming and operating experience (HAAS preferred)

Proficiency with G-code programming and setup procedures

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Team-oriented with good communication skills
