ABOUT THE ROLE :
At Jackpot , our Operations team is vital to our success. We're seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Assistant Manager to support our lottery ticket operations. Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, this position is based on-site in Little Rock, Arkansas . WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Manage daily business tasks, including staff management, coaching, onboarding, scheduling, and recruitment support.
- Lead and ensure successful day-to-day lottery processing operations by overseeing and training a team of Supervisors and Operation Associates, proactively making recommendations for operational improvements, and providing technical support.
- Serve as the first point of contact and support escalations including facility issues, product outages, and staffing gaps.
- Inventory management of processing supplies and office supplies.
- Support and oversee the processing of customer orders by team members, assisting when needed to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Oversee the upkeep of all location equipment; partnering with the hardware team to ensure timely maintenance and repair.
- Promptly escalate any issues, concerns, or feedback to the Senior Regional Operations Manager.
- Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
- If applicable, support the retail store, including processing transactions, overseeing inventory, handling cash and reconciling registers, maintaining organization, and keeping the store clean.
- Assist with special projects as required.
