8 : 00am-4 : 00pm, Mon–Fri (may require occasional weekend coverage)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced
RN Case Manager
to join a leading healthcare organization in Morristown, NJ. This role is responsible for coordinating patients through the acute hospitalization process, ensuring timely and effective transitions of care, and supporting high-quality patient outcomes. The Case Manager will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate discharge planning and perform utilization management reviews.
