Key Responsibilities
Book and manage mid-term reservation requests, overseeing the process from lead management to guest follow-up
Develop marketing materials and outreach strategies to enhance client relationships and grow the rental base
Track revenue and manage leads in the sales CRM to ensure accurate reporting and accountability
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of revenue-based experience in apartment leasing or corporate housing
Strong understanding of lease terms and contracts
Familiarity with the hospitality and real estate rental landscapes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and see them through from start to finish
Experience in improving and streamlining processes in a dynamic environment
