• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm no overnight call, no weekends
• Build up to 15 patients daily 30-60 minute new visits, 15-20 minute returns
• 100% outpatient setting
• No EMG technician available provider must perform both EMG and NCV if offering
• Botox administration preferred
• 2-week on / off rotation required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
