A company is looking for a Pacific Region Claim Operations Supervisor to support and lead their Claim Operations department in California.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities, procedures, and financial transactions of the Claim Operations Team, including assigning and reviewing work activities
Monitor team quality and productivity, provide status reports to senior leadership, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Onboard new team members, facilitate training, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team meets performance targets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of California workers compensation operations or claims experience, including at least 2 years in team management
Knowledge of California benefit notices and mandatory forms is required
Must reside within the Pacific Time Zone
Self-motivated and able to work from home effectively
