Meet established monthly collection objectives and manage past due accounts
Prepare monthly collection reports and collaborate with various teams to reconcile accounts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B collections
Ability to overcome objections and provide solutions
Demonstrated competence and professionalism in interactions
Well-organized with timely deliverables and anticipation of workload issues
