Lead Financial Strategy Across Our Manufacturing Network!

Position : Senior Finance Manager Manufacturing

Location : Hybrid | Full-Time

Targeted Salary Range : $120K$145K

At Post Consumer Brands, were looking for a strategic finance leader to partner with operations and drive performance across our cereal manufacturing network. What Youll Do

  • Shape Strategy : Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
  • Drive Insights : Analyze complex financial data and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead & Inspire : Mentor and develop a talented finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Collaborate : Build strong partnerships with operations and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Deliver Results : Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting KPIs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize Processes : Ensure compliance, standardize best practices, and champion continuous improvement across plant finance teams.

What Were Looking For

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience : 8+ years of progressive finance experience in the Manufacturing industry; CPG background a plus.
  • Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and proven leadership experience.
  • Attributes : Collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to influence at all levels.
