This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a public trust. The developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support the divisions management information services, with a primary focus on ServiceNow and Java programming. This role provides expert technical support for the key performance indicators (KPI) / scorecard application, automates workflows, integrates new functionalities, and leverages quantitative metrics to enhance help desk operations. The developer collaborates closely with help desk management to identify process improvements, ensure system reliability, and optimize user experience. / ppKey responsibilities include : / pulliDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet operational needs. / liliProvide technical support and ongoing maintenance for the KPI / scorecard application. / liliAutomate workflows and integrate new features to improve help desk service delivery. / liliAnalyze help desk performance using quantitative metrics and generate actionable reports. / liliDevelop and manage scorecard metrics (e.g., call volume, ticket resolution, customer satisfaction). / liliCollaborate with management to identify and implement process enhancements. / liliEnsure system reliability and optimize user experience through advanced metrics analysis. / liliSupport data-driven decision-making with timely and accurate performance reports. / liliDevelop and maintain the organizational workforce management. / liliWork in a call center environment, providing detailed reports utilizing ServiceNow. / li / ulpTechnical qualifications include : / pulliProficiency in C#, VB.NET, Microsoft .NET Framework, Java, Python, JavaScript, and other languages used for API development and integration. / liliDemonstrated experience in developing, consuming, and integrating APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), including making API calls and managing data exchange. / liliFamiliarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and RAML. / liliStrong database skills, including writing and optimizing queries (SQL / NoSQL), data modeling, schema management, and performance tuning. / liliKnowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data modeling. / liliMust have three to five years of hands-on experience with the following : C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, with SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle database. / lili.NET technologies / li / ulpSoft skills include : / pulliEffective communication and collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients. / liliStrong attention to detail in handling data and API specifications. / liliResiliency and adaptability in problem-solving and ensuring continuity of operations. / liliCommitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. / li / ulpPreferred qualifications include : / pulliServiceNow certified application developer or equivalent experience. / liliProficiency in C#, VB.NET, Microsoft .NET Framework / lili3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and Java programming in enterprise environments. / liliExperience with KPI / scorecard design, workflow automation, and performance analysis. / liliAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions and present findings to management. / liliProven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. / li / ulpSecurity requirement : / pulliAbility to obtain a public trust / li / ulpOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy : The company is an equal opportunity employer.
