Molly's Cupcakes River East in Chicago, IL is looking for a Cupcake Decorator / Pastry Assistant to join our team!

We are located on 419 E. Illinois St.. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Be able to distinguish between different Centerfilled Cupcake flavors
• Be able to fill and decorate cupcakes to Molly’s Cupcakes standards
• Be able to follow instructions and memorize all the fillings and frostings for each cupcake
• Be able to follow recipe instructions
• Be able to use the ovens and other kitchen equipments for top shelf items. (Pies, Cheesecakes, Chocolate Covered Sweets and Cookies)
• Cake decorating skills a Huge Plus!

This would be a Part-time position where you can expect to work around 20-30hr / week

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Typical hours are from 6am-noon. Weekend availability required as well as some weekdays. Great position for a recent pastry school graduate or someone looking to gain experience working in a bakery.

Cake decorating skills a plus!
