[job_card.job_description]Provides efficient and effective patient care according to adopted clinical standards relevant to the appropriate scope of licensure and certification. Meets daily productivity targets; 12 patients in an 8 hour day. Meets patient satisfaction expectations and established peer review outcomes. Meets documentation standards in EHR / EDR. Strives to maintain cost-effective practice patterns related to treatment plan completion. Completes inbox / portal items within designated timeframe. Participates constructively as a clinical team member. Communicates readily with InterCare's CEO and CDO on matters of shared concern and provides input on pending matters upon request. Meets staff satisfaction expectations. Communicates openly with partners and site manager regarding schedules, time off requests, and related coverage issues. Supervises support staff as assigned according to Michigan practice requirements. Engages in practice improvement initiatives. Displays compassionate, ethical and professional demeanor. Consistently strives to develop the leadership attributes identified by InterCare's Provider Success Profile. Maintains a positive leadership presence in the clinic setting. Participates constructively in meetings and as part of a team. Maintains informative and cooperative working relationships with InterCare staff and colleagues. Possesses excellent cross cultural communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally to patients, perspective employees, vendors, business associates and staff members at all levels. DMD or DDS degree with current license to practice as a dentist in Michigan. All other LIP Credentialing and privileging requirements. Thorough working knowledge of prevailing standards of dental care, InterCare's dental clinical guidelines, patient care policies and procedures, and applicable accreditation standards. Thorough working knowledge of dental coding and documentation requirements. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, frequently sit, and lift up to 25 lbs Requires good hand-eye coordination, reach with arms & hands, and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and manipulate dental instruments and equipment (using keyboard, office equipment) Visual acuity to use keyboard, operate office equipment, and read printed material and regularly required to talk and hear.

Work Schedule :
