Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess legal needs and provide guidance on family law matters.
• Perform thorough legal research to support case strategies and client representation.
• Prepare and file legal documents related to family law cases, including petitions and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation sessions, and negotiations.
• Manage case files, ensuring timely and effective case management throughout the litigation process.
• Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, and other documents with precision and clarity.
• Engage in trial preparation, including witness preparation and evidence organization.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Jurisdictionally licensed attorney with a focus on family law.
• Proven experience in family law, including litigation and mediation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent client consultation and communication abilities.
• Outstanding negotiation and mediation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
