About Lavley

Lavley is a fast-growing humor + giftables brand known for clever, personality-driven products (novelty socks, drinkware, kitchen gifts, seasonal items and more). We’re expanding fast into new categories — and we’re looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Product Developer to help drive the next phase of growth.

If you love turning fun ideas into real consumer products, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • \tCreate new product ideas weekly across drinkware, kitchen gifts, barware, accessories, apparel / clothing, office humor, seasonal items, etc.
  • \tResearch trends and identify whitespace opportunities
  • \tBuild product briefs with sketches, references, and packaging ideas
  • \tWork with designers, product managers and factories to develop samples
  • \tReview samples & ensure production-ready quality
  • \tManage timelines from concept → sample → launch
  • \tHelp launch 15–40 new SKUs per year
  • \tSupport Amazon + wholesale launch needs with product details & features

    • What We’re Looking For

  • \t2–5+ years in product development (giftables, novelty, hardlines, drinkware, apparel, or similar)
  • \tStrong creative and trend-spotting skills
  • \tComfortable working with designers + overseas factories
  • \tExcellent eye for design, color, humor, and packaging
  • \tHighly organized and able to manage multiple product tracks
  • \tA deep understanding of gifting mentality / beahvior and impulse purchasing

    • Bonus :

  • \tExperience developing products for Amazon or wholesale gift channels
  • \tBasic Illustrator / Photoshop skills
  • \tBackground in humor-driven or personality-led products

    Within your first year :

  • \t120+ product ideas generated
  • \t100 Unique SKUs launched (including child skus)
  • 4-7 new product categories added
  • \tPackaging + product quality elevated
  • \tA repeatable product development process built

    • Compensation

  • $85,000 - $100,000+ (contingent on experience)
