If you’re an experienced CDL-A driver ready for big miles and big pay , this is one of the strongest team opportunities in the market. We’re hiring premade teams and solo drivers willing to be matched for high-demand reefer round-trip lanes running from California to the Midwest or East Coast . Consistent freight, predictable routing, and top-tier weekly earnings.

Weekly Pay

$1,900–$2,300 per driver, per week

Weekly pay with steady, reliable miles

Reefer customer freight offering year-round demand

Home weekly depending on location

Who We’re Looking For

CDL-A drivers with 3+ months of recent tractor / trailer experience

Teams or solo drivers open to pairing

Reliable, safety-focused, professional

Able to run consistent long-haul miles each week

Driver Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on long-haul reefer routes

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain proper reefer temperature control and monitoring

Deliver customer freight on schedule

Maintain accurate ELD logs and follow FMCSA regulations
