Navy Reserve Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Looking to use your expertise beyond the clinic—without stepping away from your civilian career? The Navy Reserve is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons who want to serve part-time while maintaining their full-time practice. What this role offers: • Part-time service with predictable commitments • Leadership and advanced clinical experience • Competitive compensation and incentive pay • Access to world-class training and resources • The ability to serve your country while continuing your civilian career Who we’re looking for: • DDS/DMD with completed OMS residency • Board certified or board eligible • U.S. citizen, licensed, and practicing • Motivated to lead and serve Bonus: $45,000/year for 3 years, with 4 years of minimal annual time requirements (shown below) Minimum Annual Time Requirements: 1 weekend a month (flexible) 2 weeks of Annual Training (flexible) 1 time 5-Week Course in Rhode Island for Officer Leadership, to acclimate to the military, unless you previously held a commission. Prior Service are welcome! Stay where you are while serving your country, with minimal time requirement. Pay varies on rank awarded when application is accepted at deciding board. LTJG Halee L.
