Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand or move around up to 100% of the time during shifts. - Train team members effectively.
- Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
- Motivate staff and lead by example.
- Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
