Senior User Researcher

A company is looking for a Senior Mixed-Methods User Researcher to deepen user understanding and scale research practices.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale a foundational research practice with processes and standards

Lead mixed-methods research across the product lifecycle, translating insights into actionable recommendations

Create and maintain a centralized research repository to organize insights across the company

Required Qualifications

5+ years of user research experience in consumer-facing digital products

Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools

Experience building or scaling research operations and documentation

Familiarity with ethical research standards and human-centered design

Strong data fluency and experience collaborating with data science teams
