[job_card.job_description]Teachers will create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for students in the early childhood program. Teachers will provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow. Teachers will foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities. Teachers will utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment. Teachers will assess and monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to parents / guardians. Teachers will collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs. Teachers must have an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or another related field at the Bachelor's level. Teachers must have two-years previous experience working with early childhood students (birth to 5 years) in a professional, educational setting. Teachers must possess knowledge of child welfare and development principles. Teachers must have strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. Teachers must be proficient in creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Teachers must have the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
