5%2Byears of broad experience with development technologies, including Oracle databases or similar relational databases .

Job-Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)

1.        Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, terminology, and SQL proficiency .

2.        Knowledge of MicrosoftVisual Studio / .NET (preferred).

3.        Knowledge of ORMs ,including Entity Framework and nHibernate (preferred).

4.        Experience developing and maintaining software systems involving complex financial business processes .

5.        Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service,interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

6.        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume,deadline-driven environment.

7.        Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently as well ascollaboratively.

8.        Ability to conduct complex systems analysis and translate userrequirements into effective business solutions.

9.        Ability to apply best practices and research to problem avoidanceand continuous improvement efforts.

10.    Ability to communicate effectively and lead development teams.
