    • Integration Architects

  • Responsible for the architectural design document (ADD) for integration solutions.
  • Ensure designs align with ESI standards patterns and best practices.
  • Define and maintain integration patterns and reusable design templates for common integration scenarios.
  • Review technical requirements and engage external vendors and internal stakeholders to design integration solutions.
  • Obtain design approval from Integration Architecture leadership.
  • Present solutions for review and approval by ESI leadership.
  • Provide consultative guidance to Dev Leads on how to implement the approved design.
  • Ensure reusability and consistency in data flow error handling and interaction with subscribing systems.
  • Does not own story decomposition or backlog management but provides sufficient detail for Dev Leads to independently decompose the work.
  • Mentor Dev Leads and developers on integration best practices and platform usage.
