[job_card.job_description]Support safe nursing admissions and ongoing client monitoring Administer medications and maintain accurate MAR documentation Perform safety checks and use NCI-based de-escalation when needed Communicate observations clearly to the RN and escalate concerns Document vitals, behaviors, and care interventions in real time Safeguard confidentiality and uphold patient rights Active NC LPN license or compact multistate license AHA BLS certification (required) CPI or crisis prevention training (strongly preferred) Experience in behavioral health, detox, or long-term care (preferred) Dependability, teamwork, and strong documentation skills Weekly Pay : $27.00 / hr Paid onboarding & training Direct access to supportive leadership PRN and part-time employment opportunities with scheduling flexibility Resume & references AHA BLS + core training modules Background check & drug screen TB screening or chest x-ray + annual form Physical exam & immunization record Secure e-sign HR documentation

VHS is seeking a compassionate LPN ready to step into a critical, high-impact role supporting individuals in a residential detox setting. This is a part-time evening position (2 : 00 pm 10 : 30 pm) working opposite of the current full-time LPN.
Theoretical Schedule : Monday, Saturday, Sunday, Friday (rotating weekly).
Every other weekend is required, though flexibility is always encouraged.
