A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Initiatives Lead to shape strategy and drive innovation in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the SVP of Development to design and execute innovative department-wide strategies
Coordinate and implement cross-team projects that drive departmental evolution
Lead major projects focused on technology enhancements and pioneering fundraising initiatives
Required Qualifications
Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Eight years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, project management, or organizational leadership
Demonstrated success in coordinating complex, cross-functional projects
Experience with CRM platforms and digital fundraising tools preferred
Thorough knowledge of animal rights issues and PETA campaigns
