What You'll Do :

  • Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
  • Ensure work meets top industry standards and local codes
  • Train and guide junior installers to grow their skills and deliver quality results
  • Coordinate with project managers to keep jobs on time and on budget

    • What You Bring :

  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and safety protocols
  • EPA Certification (required)
