Sr Program Manager, REWS PMO

Role Overview :

The Sr Program Manager REWS PMO will play a critical role in driving strategic and operational initiatives within the Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS) organization. This position is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects and programs leading change management efforts both within the department and at times across the entire company. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners serving in a highly collaborative capacity to foster alignment and engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation continuous improvement and leveraging technologyincluding AIto transform the workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a variety of projects and initiatives within the REWS organization adapting to evolving priorities and ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.
• Lead change management efforts for departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives fostering adoption and engagement among all employees.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Support the development implementation and enhancement of PMO processes tools and methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain effective communication with teams stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Design and deliver training programs to support organizational growth transformation and adoption of new practices.
• Analyze project and portfolio data to provide actionable insights inform decision-making and track progress against key metrics.
• Promote a culture of innovation efficiency and continuous improvement throughout the REWS organization and the company.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
