As the world’s #1 Hästens retail team, with 15 locations across the U.S. and UK, we represent a standard of excellence in wellness, luxury, and client experience.

Hästens has been handcrafting the finest beds in Sweden since 1852. Our clients include royalty, elite athletes, business leaders, and global icons such as Drake and Post Malone. With products ranging from $28,000 to $750,000+, this is luxury sales at the highest level.

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary : $65,000–$80,000 commensurate with experience
  • Uncapped Commission + Multiple Bonus Structures
  • Top Performers Earn : $200,000–$500,000+ annually

  • Experience with in-person luxury retail, hospitality, or high-ticket consultative sales

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you’re charismatic, articulate, and naturally engaging

  • What You’ll Do :

    As an in-person Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of your success, managing your pipeline, cultivating high-value relationships, and delivering an exceptional, tailored experience to every client.

    Your responsibilities will include :

  • Delivering a luxury, high-touch sales experience in one of our beautiful showrooms
  • Guiding clients through the Hästens story, craftsmanship, and health benefits
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets through in-store and relationship-driven sales
  • Representing Hästens and The Sleep Spa brand with confidence, polish, and professionalism
  • Becoming an expert in sleep health, product knowledge, and client education
  • Supporting showroom events and brand activations when required
