Physical Requirements : Ability to exert minimal force of 25 pounds to carry, lift, push, pull and otherwise move objects. On occasions, may have to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
Required Education / Experience
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-3 years Escrow Officer / Assistant Escrow Officer experience
Required Licensing, Registration and / or Certifications
Licensing requirements as required by State / Federal Agencies
Notary Public license requirements as required by State
Required Skills / Knowledge
Customer service skills with experience engaging with diverse homebuyer demographics.
Ability to multi-task and handle fast paced and demanding work environment
Effective follow up skills and attention to detail
Ability to adjust well to change
Ability to collaborate effectively across dispersed teams in multiple locations
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Experience with OneNote and SoftPro is a plus
Demonstrates effective collaboration skills to promote teamwork and communication among various departments and stakeholders
Demonstrates proactive initiative and self-motivation to drive tasks and projects forward independently
Exhibits exceptional time management and prioritization skills to efficiently meet deadlines and optimize task workflows
