Safety Clean LLC seeks an on- call floater Porter for Various Locations

Shifts :

TBD based on availability

General Requirements :

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms / bathrooms using established practices and procedures and clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty / clean wastebaskets and trash receptacles; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispenser
  • Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc
  • Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.
  • Perform cleaning and related activities such as removing snow or debris from sidewalks using hand shovels and exterior squeegees. Use salt spreaders to distribute calcium chloride
  • Daily interaction with customers, vendors & supervisors in a professional manner

Job Qualifications :

  • Must have relevant experience
  • High school Diploma / GED required
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and dependable
