Urban Pet Hospital is looking to fill multiple positions as a receptionist. Experience is required. We are looking to hire long-term positions only. An outstanding Veterinary Receptionist will provide comfort to human and animal clients when in distress. You should ensure that our office remains presentable at all times.
Responsibilities
- Avimark software.
- Multiple phone lines.
- Emails, follow-up calls, and scanning duties.
- Downloading requisitions.
- Downloading and attaching medical records, rad reports, etc.
- The ability to multitask is a must!
- Flexible schedule.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Does well under pressure.
Requirements
We are open 7 days a week 8 : 00 am-8 : 00 pm. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Medical benefits are offered for full-time employees.
