DCO Systems Tech I

This position supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems-including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and HVAC components-across SUPERNAP facilities. The technician collaborates with operations teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency through creative problem-solving. Responsibilities include responding to customer requests, conducting power, cooling, and facility audits, and providing necessary reporting and documentation. The role also involves investigating anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems, as well as identifying unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $56160.00 / yr.

• Built-in Overtime Pay (10 hours of OT pay per pay period)
