New York Licensed Appraisal Analyst

A company is looking for an Appraisal Management Analyst responsible for overseeing the appraisal process for real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the ordering, review, and delivery of property appraisals, ensuring compliance with standards

Manage relationships with third-party appraisal vendors and serve as the primary contact for internal teams and clients

Implement controls for valuation risk and conduct audits of appraisal reports for accuracy

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in appraisal management or related real estate functions

Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts

Proficiency in appraisal management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Certified General Appraiser license or equivalent credential is a plus
