The ideal candidate will lead BI strategy, architecture, technical design, and development of analytics platforms while working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in data warehousing, reporting tools, and cloud-based BI systems. The candidate should be able to manage end-to-end BI initiatives, provide technical leadership, enhance data accessibility, ensure performance optimization, and support advanced analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Business Intelligence and data analytics solutions. Collaborate with business leaders to gather analytical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop and optimize data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Oversee BI platform architecture, data integration pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes. Ensure high-quality data governance standards, security, and metadata management. Mentor BI team members and provide technical oversight on development best practices. Manage BI performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements. Integrate BI systems with cloud platforms, modern data lakes, and enterprise warehouse technologies. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BI initiatives. Support predictive analytics, KPI frameworks, and business performance reporting. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields. Strong experience with modern BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker, or MicroStrategy. Expertise in SQL, data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and database systems such as Snowflake, Redshift, Teradata, or SQL Server. Proven experience with ETL/ELT tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, ADF, or dbt. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related analytics services.
