Paralegal – Civil Defense (Dallas, TX)

We are a respected national law firm is expanding its Dallas office and seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its civil defense team .

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, who thrives in a litigation-focused environment and enjoys supporting a busy team of attorneys.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation and case management.

Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests / responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.

Maintain case files, track deadlines, and coordinate hearings and depositions.

Conduct basic legal research and support trial preparation.

Qualifications

2+ years of paralegal experience in civil defense or related practice areas.

Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Bachelor’s degree and / or paralegal certification preferred.
