Were seeking a Systems & Project Engineer (Level 3) who will own IT support and deployments. This is a 50 / 50 mix of projects and support, with the opportunity to move into a Service Manager / Team Lead role within 612 months. You will be the hands-on technical lead for this client, driving deployments, resolving escalations, and working with remote Tier 2 / 3 engineers to ensure a seamless IT operation across multiple sites.
Responsibilities :
Windows / Microsoft 365 environmentsLight networking : FortiGate firewalls / routers, VPNs, UniFi-style switches and APsPartner with remote Tier 2 / 3 engineers to coordinate tasks and ensure timely updatesBuild a relationship with the client; keep a pulse on their IT roadmap and identify areas to improve supportMaintain clear documentation and follow internal standardsAssist in operational scaling for new offices as the company expands in Southwest FloridaQualifications :
MSP experience required.Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and cloud-based environmentsNetworking fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, switches / APsHardware deployments (Dell servers, desktops, laptops)Level 23 technical skillset with project and support experienceCompensation & Benefits :
