Senior Clinical Research Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate II to oversee and manage clinical trial sites remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Lead site management activities, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines

Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical sites, addressing queries and resolving issues

Ensure the integrity of clinical data through thorough source data verification and monitoring for protocol deviations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry

In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial processes

Strong leadership and mentoring skills to effectively manage and motivate CRAs and site staff

Proactive approach to managing site performance and resolving issues
