ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Welcome to Chelsea Terry State Farm Insurance Agency! Since opening in June 2021, we’ve been proudly serving the greater DFW area and all of Texas from our Plano office, offering personalized insurance and financial services that help families protect what matters most and achieve their dreams.


Our growing team of four is known for its “sophisti-chill” vibe—a professional yet fun and supportive atmosphere where everyone is valued. We’re diverse in gender, age, and cultural background, reflecting the community we serve. As an engaged agent with an open-door policy, I’m committed to helping my team reach their full potential both in and out of the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chelsea Terry - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
  • Develop and implement agency policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior State Farm experience preferred.
  • Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses (must be willing to obtain, current licensees preferred).
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
