Physical demands
- Must be able to successfully demonstrate proper exercise techniques
- Must be able to actively participate in classes
- Must be in excellent physical condition to teach classes
- Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
- Must have ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Required competencies, education, and experience
Current AFAA or ACE Primary Group Ex certification and / or related specialty certification (Les Mills, Zumba, AEA, CPT…)High School Diploma preferredPrior experience teaching group exercise classes highly desiredSuperior customer service skillsMust have excellent communication skills to work positively with different populationsProficient computer skillsMust be at least 18 year oldCompany expectations
