Registered Nurse (RN) | Behavioral Health Location : Cedar Rapids, IA Agency : GQR Healthcare Pay : Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : ASAP About the Position IA or Compact RN License required at the time of submission - Proof of residence required for compact license SHIFT : 12D, every 3rd weekend, 36 hrs (firm) Required Certs : BLS, DeEscalation LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT : 13 weeks AVAILABLE START DATES : 10 / 29 60 mile radius rule- will take locals at 10% rate reduction IA or compact license in hand Common Diagnosis / Treatment : psychosis, schizophrenia, substance induced psychosis, bipolar, major depression. SI / HI of Beds : 21-30 Nurse to Patient Ratio : collaborative team with team having 4-6 patients; Charting : EPIC Scrub Color : Black;Blue-Caribean;Blue-Light;Blue-Navy;White; Areas of Float Support : potential to float to older adult unit and child / adolescent unit Special Procedures : We offer ECT, but off the unit and the patient is recovered prior to returning to the unit.
