Provider Network Coordinator

A company is looking for a Provider Network Coordinator to establish and maintain relationships within the provider network.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate regularly with providers, adjusters, and injured workers to facilitate network treatment and address inquiries

Track and monitor caseloads for timely closure of requested medical treatments and manage provider database updates

Oversee the credentialing process and maintain accurate documentation for providers joining the network

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma required; AA in related field preferred

Knowledge of general credentialing procedures and basic medical terminology

Workers' compensation experience is strongly recommended

Provider relations experience is a plus

High comfort level with computers and software applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet)
