The Opportunity We're seeking a seasoned litigator who enjoys both real courtroom work and creative problem-solving. You will lead complex commercial and real estate disputes with direct client interaction and a voice in litigation and trial strategy. What You'll Do

• Take charge of a robust real estate litigation caseload
• Craft and execute litigation strategy-motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trial prep
• Pursue early resolution when possible
• Build lasting relationships with sophisticated clients What You Bring
• California Bar, active and in good standing
• 7+ years litigation experience with real estate exposure preferred
