Position Summary

Stonehenge Capital currently is seeking an analyst for our Tax Credit Solutions team, who will assist with development, origination, underwriting, and closing of tax credit transactions across the country. The position is located either in the New Orleans, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, or Columbus, OH office. Interoffice travel may be required based on location and remote employees will not be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Work with members of Stonehenge Capital to prepare investment committee presentations, financial models, and to evaluate various opportunities
• Work with the Originations team to identify and source potential transactions and related origination deliverables to clients
• Assist the Underwriting team by preparing pricing models, reviewing term sheets, and advancing due diligence for the closing of tax credit and other transactions to ensure the investments meet the Stonehenge Capital Investment Guidelines and other investment return hurdles
• Gain an understanding of various financial incentives including state tax credits
• Complete ad-hoc requests from senior members of Stonehenge Capital including preparation of investor presentations, financial models, and research on new tax credit programs
• Interact with investors, sponsors, accountants, attorneys, and other project parties
