Key Responsibilities
Onboard Treasury Management services for new clients and manage client projects
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper onboarding of services
Act as a subject matter expert and provide training to clients on applications and platforms
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of program implementation or service experience
Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
In-depth understanding of customer-facing internet-based applications and commercial treasury products
Working knowledge of implementation, servicing, and operational processes in financial services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of web-based Treasury applications
