The Senior Manager Global Total Rewards is responsible for the development, innovation and administration of comprehensive total rewards solutions that are aligned with NSF's culture and ongoing business priorities. This includes the strategy & design of a total rewards philosophy that assists with building a sustainable competitive advantage through maximizing employee engagement, performance and retention.
