About the Role

The company is excited to invite a mission-driven leader to join their founding team as the Chief of Growth and Strategy. This pivotal role will spearhead the operational launch and scaling of home and community-based services (HCBS) across multiple states.

As the Chief of Growth and Strategy, you will be responsible for :

• Overseeing all state filings, readiness checklists, and initial claim timelines.
• Implementing essential systems such as electronic visit verification (EVV), scheduling, payroll, and claims management.
• Serving as the Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to regulatory and clinical standards set by state agencies, CMS, and managed-care organizations.
• Executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnering with private equity sponsors, integrating new entities, and upholding clinical quality.
• Recruiting, coaching, and leading regional teams to cultivate a culture rooted in compliance and data-driven decision-making.
