Job Title: Network Support Analyst

Location: 1775 Duke St, Alexandria, VA 22314 (Hybrid)

Summary:

Level Provides intermediate support for network access, wireless, and remote connectivity.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot VPN and wireless issues.
• Coordinate with Tier 3 for firewall and routing issues.
• Support remote access tools and endpoint connectivity

Requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance issued by the customer. This agency handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. NOTE: United States Citizenship is required as part of the eligibility criteria to be able to obtain this type of security clearance
• VPN
• Wireless troubleshooting
• Remote access
• Firewall basics

Preferred Certifications:

• Cisco CCNA

Experience Level:

• 3-5 years in network support
