About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head for Digital and Non-Personal Promotion Analytics. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading the digital and non-personal promotion analytics function, with a key focus on the developmental and deployment process of multi-channel marketing measurement frameworks. This role is pivotal in analyzing data, developing, and delivering insights, and requires a deep understanding of digital customer engagement across various channels. The Head will be responsible for setting measurement and key performance indicators, designing experiments, and aligning with IT, data acquisition, and data governance functions. Additionally, the role involves engaging with both internal and external stakeholders as a recognized expert in digital analytics. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of four years specifically in digital marketing analytics and optimization. The role demands a strong background in advanced statistical models, design of experiments, and expertise in multivariate content testing, mixed media modeling, and digital attribution models. Familiarity with leading marketing technology and advanced analytics platforms is essential, as is proficiency in at least one statistical analysis platform. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a strategic, results-oriented, and highly collaborative work style. A proven track record of professional success in an analytics role and the ability to influence key stakeholders with data-backed insights are also key requirements.
