Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team by empowering our leaders and supporting our strategic business objectives.

What You'll Do :

  • Partners with associates and management and communicate various HR policies, procedures and laws
  • Actively solves complex employee relations and behavior concerns to foster a workplace where employees thrive.
  • Provides performance management guidance and coaching to all levels of management.
  • Provides leaders and managers with an HR perspective on business decisions by leveraging a strong knowledge of all HR functions.
  • Provides expertise with Employee Engagement and Retention initiatives and analyzes trends as an active participant with solutions and insight to improve metrics.
  • Engages with our Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Credentialing, Legal, HRIS and other People departments to gain information and resolve associate issues.
  • Champion our values Integrity, Teamwork, Care, and Improvement in every interaction.

Who We Are Looking For :

  • An HR professional with 5-7 years of experience of well-rounded HR Business Partner skillset.
  • Experience supporting a larger organization (multi-state and healthcare a plus but not required).
  • Extensive employee relations experience and work experience in fast paced environment.
  • A problem solver who blends analytical insight with a people-first approach.
  • Desire to work in a healthcare setting and the passion to learn.
  • Confident coach and advisor that is ready to partner with leaders at all levels.
  • Certified or experienced in HR best practices (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP / SCP preferred).
