Voice Delivery Engineer

A company is looking for a Voice Delivery Engineer who will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Unified Communications (UC) projects.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers and architects to evaluate customer requirements and design solutions

Produce documentation to support transitions from pre-deployment to post-deployment phases

Provide technical consultation and leadership to external customers throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications and Education

Proven experience with voice technologies and deep understanding of SIP protocols

Hands-on experience configuring and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

Familiarity with PSTN integration for cloud UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex

Knowledge of telephony systems including Contact Centers, PBXs, and Trader Platforms

Professional certifications from relevant vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Ribbon) are a bonus
