Service Advisor Position

Garden Grove Hyundai, newly integrated into the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor to join our growing service team. What You Will Do

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process with professionalism and care.
• Write repair orders, provide accurate estimates, and ensure clear communication between customers and technicians.
• Utilize CDK to document service needs, updates, and repair recommendations.
• Maintain high CSI scores through exceptional follow-up and customer communication.
• Work closely with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely and accurate repair completion.
• Support a smooth, efficient service lane while maximizing opportunities for sales and customer retention.

This is a performance driven position eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation which includes commissions off individual sales and individual gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and locations.
