Position Overview

Account Executive are responsible for increasing market share and sales / profit growth for STI. The primary targets of this selling function are assigned accounts- contracting companies who install residential / commercial landscape, irrigation systems, lighting systems, water gardens, drainage systems, and fountains.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively sell and service key accounts by identifying customer needs and promoting STI products, services, and benefits to residential and commercial companies
• Seek out new contractor customers and develop them into STI customers
• Searching for and discovering new projects that will need STI products and sharing that information in a timely manner with STI certified contractors
• Educate customer groups in the technical and business aspects of our products and our industry
• Training installation employees on our customers on the features, benefits, operation, and service of all STI products
• Coordinating and exchanging sales, project, and customer service information weekly with local STI branch staff in continuous effort to provide unequalled customer service, convenience, and sales growth
• Work in conjunction with branch managers to coordinate sales and customer development
• Make presentations to customers as needed
