We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team and help build robust data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lake solutions. This role will work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure data accuracy, optimize storage, and maintain data systems. The ideal candidate has experience with AWS, data warehousing, Python, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL .

Role & Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse and data lake solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for both performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and data systems.
